Your wedding day is so vastly different from any other day in your life. Weddings require artistry. They demand someone able to preserve a day that goes by faster than you could ever imagine, going beyond perfectly posed photos to deliver something REAL. Something irreplaceable & unable to be recreated. A true, raw, beautiful expression of love and celebration.
Some people call me an old soul. And it’s true, sometimes I do feel a bit out of place in our current day. Maybe that’s why I’m passionate about incorporating film photography into my client galleries, to ensure on a detailed level that your photos will look timeless and not trendy. But wedding photography for me goes beyond simply being my career; it goes deep down to my core, as an artist. Because storytelling takes skill and preparation; it takes quick reflexes and a trained eye to preserve memory in an aesthetically pleasing way.
I take on a limited number of photos per year because I’m not the photographer who just shows up and takes the pictures. It's just not me. As an artist, I need to dive into your vision and understand your unique love story so I can capture your wedding day in a way that is authentic to your story, instead of a cookie cutter, one size fits all approach. Your memories will be preserved as fine art. Your wedding day will not feel like an all day photoshoot.

The Process
02. booking
If I'm the right photographer for you, reserve your date with a retainer and signed contract. Yay! We're officially booked! Next, we begin my process to ensure I'm well versed in your vision. I like to be over-prepared to know best how to capture your wedding in a way that's authentic to your story.
03. engagement session
I always include a complimentary engagement session in my collections, because I believe it's an important step that helps your wedding day feel less like an all-day photoshoot. We schedule your engagement session and you receive my exclusive moodboard, style guide, and perfectly tailored planning assistance to ensure that your session is absolutely on point for the two of you.
04. planning + consultations
I work with you and your creative team to refine the details of your vision, ensure a photography-friendly timeline and make certain I’m completely prepped and prepared to tell an authentic story of your day. I have several check-in points throughout the process to deep-dive into your vision, as well as unlimited communication and planning assistance. Two weeks prior to your day, I recommend that we jump on a call to walk through the timeline and make sure we're all on the same page.
05. YOUR WEDDING
It's finally here! You begin the next chapter of your life as you watch your dream come to life. I + my team take care of the rest, capturing each and every detail through timeless photography, to create a time capsule of your day. You'll receive a sneak peek of your beautiful day within a week (to keep the magic fresh and alive in your mind!) and tell people "we did it!!" Your full gallery will be along within 8 weeks of your wedding day, after ensuring each image has been perfected & matched to the film scans. If your collection includes an album, we start that process as well.
